About the landmark

The Haus am Horn was built in 1923 for the first major Bauhaus exhibition. It was designed by the painter Georg Muche as a model house for modern, practical living. It is the only building the Bauhaus built itself during its time in Weimar, and it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. The kit is also available in the shops of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar.
